The Pavilion is the GLC’s new favourite space for laid-back gatherings with a stylish twist. Equipped with a private outdoor bar; whether it’s a birthday bash, casual corporate hangout, a long lunch with your crew or milestone celebrations, our pavilions are the perfect space for your next event. The Pavilion caters for up to 120 people or can be split into two spaces for smaller groups.
Hire Fee for each Pavilion is $750, redeemable on function food only.

Southside Leagues Club - minimum party of 30
The raised area of the Alpen Terrace is a bright, light-filled space offering a semi covered outdoor setting surrounded by lush greenery.
Featuring an open-plan layout, it’s well suited to a variety of functions and can be adapted to meet different function needs.
With its relaxed, breezy atmosphere, this space is ideal for any occasion — whether you’re planning a casual gathering or a more formal celebration.
The raised area of the Alpen Terrace is available for hire for groups of up to 50 guests in a cocktail-style setup.
Hire fee: $250, fully redeemable on function food.
$200 hire fee is fully redeemable on our function menus for all occasions from kids birthday parties to christenings.
The Family Terrace will always be open to the public, bookings will only be dedication to one area of the terrace.

State Room: $180 to hire. Bar services available -80 pax
Banquet Room: $180 to hire. No bar services available -80 pax
Auditorium: $350 to hire. State & Banquet combined -180 pax
Meeting Room: $80 to hire. No bar services available -15 pax

Our State and Banquet Room or Auditorium (State and Banquet room combined) are available for your next function or social event.
We can hold up to 160 people comfortably.
We can tailor to your needs with a food package to suit all occasions. This might include hot & cold Canapes, right through to a 3-course meal.
Northside Leagues Club
Are you after a function space that includes mouth watering Chinese from Tan’s Chinese Restaurant. The Northside function space caters for 120 people, opening onto the outdoor Beer Garden.
